Terms Of Service

Please read through the TOS carefully before commissioning!! (Ik it's boring I'm sorry but it's important ;-;)Usage:
- All types of commissions except vtuber models are for personal use only. Using my work as profile pictures, twitter/youtuber banners or anything that isn't direct profit to you is okay (if you're unsure about the usage just ask me!)- If you want commercial use we can discuss an extra price for it (like +20%-50%)- I will be credited for the work I have made. Mentions in descriptions of social media posts/bios is good, please don't post my work without credit anywhere!Payment:
- Standard payment: half of the payment will be taken after I'm done with the sketch and you confirm that it's good. The other half will be done once I'm done with the work and you are satisfied with it.- I cannot do refunds.-Payment will be done via PayPal only.Turn around times/deadlines:
- I am a full time student, underage (and mentally ill) so I may work on commissions slowly, especially if I have other projects going on. For this reason I won't do projects with a deadline of less than 3 weeks.Turnaround time:
- For the simpler/cheaper stuff: from a week to one month
- For the more detailed stuff: around a month to four months
- I will make sure to keep you updated on the state of the art ofc!! Feel free to check in on it every now and then though, I may forget lol)Finished work:
- I will send the full work as a google drive or sta.sh file OR if it is uploaded to Toyhouse (I will upload it there with my watermark) after the second paymentOther:
- I have the full right to refuse a commission and do not have to tell the reason why.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork I make for you on my social media and commission examples, if you do not want this, let me know and we can discuss it!Thank you for reading!
